Red Raspberry Leaf Tea (During Pregnancy)

For use to strengthen urtine and pelvic muscles.
Pour
1 cup of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the herb. Steep for about
10 minutes. Strain. Drink. During last trimester, drink 2-3 cups per
day.
This tea will not cause contractions. It only strengthens the muscles of the pelvic area in preparation for delivery.
